Reformer Pilates in Dallas
Low-impact, rhythm-based movement designed to support your body, improve mobility, & build balance.
My reformer Pilates classes in Dallas offer a more intentional way to move, helping you strengthen, lengthen, & feel more connected to your body with every session.
A More Intentional Way to Move
Reformer Pilates slows things down—in the best way.
Instead of rushing through workouts, you’ll focus on controlled, intentional movement that builds strength from the inside out. Using the reformer machine, each exercise challenges your stability, coordination, & control, helping you move better in & outside of the gym.

Real Women, Real Strength, Real Change
“I’ve gained back my body confidence and it’s helped my relationship with food. It’s also been fun to be surprised by my strength whether it be moving something I’d normally have to ask my husband to do or picking up our 50lb dog with ease.”
— ariel k.“Elena is the best decision you could ever make for your health— mentally and physically! It’s like working out with your best friend who wants nothing more than for you to succeed! Somehow she’s cultivated this group of incredible women from all walks of life who just keep pushing each other to be stronger and stronger.”
— britton b.“Elena challenges me in a way that pushes me to grow, but I always feel supported and heard. Every workout feels purposeful and tailored to me, which has made a huge difference in both my confidence and results. I also really appreciate how she prioritizes proper form and injury prevention while still helping me get stronger. And beyond that, she make every session genuinely fun, which keeps me motivated and excited to keep showing up.”

FAQs
-
A type of pilates that utilizes a specialized machine called a reformer. It’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, & core stability, but with added resistance & support compared to mat Pilates. At Session Pilates, we use the Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers & teach to the beat of the music. It’s a contemporary, rhythmic style class that is such a fun & challenging way to move.
-
If you have previous serious injuries or may need specific modifications, it may be best to take a private lesson first before jumping into Session classes, however it is suitable for all levels & there are always options to modify. If you have ever danced, done cheerleading or enjoyed rhythm-based classes like spin or sculpt, then you will love the dynamic transitions & style of these classes.
-
In some ways, the principles of each overlap. Pilates is amazing for increasing stability & mobility, improving posture & coordination, while strength training is better for muscle growth, improving bone density & body recomposition.
-
I recommend taking reformer or mat pilates 1-2x a week!
-
No, but it does help! If you have ever taken a megaformer or lagree class, you should have a good idea of how the allegro 2 works & we will always walk you through it beforehand.
