WHO IS SHE?

after years of restrictive dieting, over-exercising & a decade long stint on hormonal birth control that didn’t end well - my body & mind needed some major TLC.

i’ve always been interested in nutrition, in fact nutritional sciences was my original major for my first two years of college. the deeper i got into the major, the more disappointed i became with the curriculum, which i strongly felt supported big pharma more than true health & healing. so i switched my major, continued self-studying nutrition until finally enrolling to become an NTP through the nutritional therapy association in 2020.

in 2021, i completed a human design coaching course. i absolutely love implementing nuggets of human design with my nutrition clients to help them find more authentic energetic flow in their lives. if we are constantly resisting - how can we heal?

in 2022, i completed restorative wellness solutions - level I course: mastering the art & science of gastrointestinal healing. this enables me to order & interpret functional labs. i utilize the GI MAP stool analysis & the MRT-170 food sensitivity testing to further support my clients & understand their bio-individual healing needs.

i was born & raised deep in the heart of the golden west (home means nevada to me, IYKYK). i now reside in dallas, TX with my partner maci & our cattle dog gracie. i am obsessed with rhythm-based movement. when i am not doing client work, you can find me teaching sculpt45 at @class_studios & reformer pilates @sessionpilates.

there is nothing i love more than nerding out on nutrition, meeting with my incredible clients, cooking & eating, reading fiction, & moving my body to the freshest beats..

i am honored to serve you & support your healing journey through nutritional therapy, mindful movement & human design.

love you, mean it.

xx, elena

I was really struggling with the overwhelming amount (and often times conflicting) information that is in the health and wellness space. I considered myself to be someone who lives a pretty healthy lifestyle - I eat mostly whole foods, I work out consistently and I genuinely enjoy learning about health and wellness yet I was so frustrated that I was still having really painful periods, brain fog, a strong urge to snack and was having trouble losing weight. Since we started working together, I understand my body so much better now and my period is now like clock work and I barely feel it!
